What to write about

Useful enquiries include: a factual correction to an entry, a property you think belongs in one of the four categories, a note that a hotel has closed or changed substantially, or a question about how and why something is described the way it is. If you represent a property and an entry misstates something, tell us what is wrong and we will check it.

What we cannot help with

hotelgives does not take bookings, hold rooms, confirm availability, quote rates, apply discounts, or handle cancellations, refunds or complaints about a stay. We have no access to any hotel's reservation system and no commercial relationship with the properties described here. For anything to do with an actual reservation, contact the hotel directly — every one of them is easy to find by name.

Press and permissions

Short quotations with a link back are fine without asking. For anything longer, or for reuse of the writing elsewhere, write to the same address and say what you have in mind.
